Existing students & parents

The fastest route is Messages & requests (✉️) inside your student portal — your assigned counsellor replies there and every conversation stays on record. Parents can use the parent helper login linked from the student dashboard.

Data corrections

To correct locked profile information, email fixdata@brigrads.com from your registered email address with the correct information and proof. Corrections are applied by an administrator after verification — this protects your data from tampering.

Universities & partnerships

Institutions interested in receiving pre-vetted applicants can write to uni@brigrads.com. Our Code of Conduct and vetting process are available on request.
