Terms & Conditions.

These Terms govern your use of Brigrads.com and its student portal (the “Service”), operated from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (“Brigrads”, “we”). By registering or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. What we provide

Brigrads provides education counselling and admissions support: eligibility assessment, university and course matching, document preparation tools, application guidance and — on the End-to-End plan — application filing on your behalf. Plan contents and fees are listed on the Pricing page and shown before payment.

2. What we do not promise

Admission, scholarship and visa decisions are made by universities and governments — never by us. We do not guarantee any admission, award or visa outcome, and no one acting for Brigrads is authorised to promise one. Deadlines, fees and entry requirements must always be confirmed on the university's or government's official pages; our guidance is prepared in good faith from generally available information. We are not visa agents or immigration advisers; you submit visa applications on official government portals.

3. Your obligations — accuracy and honesty

The Service works only on truthful data, so by using it you agree to the following binding rules:

(a) Truthful information. Everything you enter — identity, academics, scores, finances — must be accurate and yours. Your full name must match your passport.
(b) Answer locking. Your eligibility answers lock once your roadmap is generated. Every plan includes one answers change; further changes require the Self-Service plan or staff approval. This keeps your eligibility read honest and is enforced by the platform.
(c) Verified corrections. Locked details are corrected only after you email the true information with proof from your registered email address to fixdata@brigrads.com. Fields you never filled remain open to complete.
(d) Change history. Every edit to your details is recorded (previous value, new value, time) and is visible to you and to our staff.
(e) Misuse. Repeated changes to identity or qualification fields, sharing one paid account between multiple applicants, uploading forged documents, or attempting to bypass platform controls may lead to review, suspension or termination of your account. Fees are not refunded where termination results from fraud or misuse.
(f) Documents. You confirm every document you upload is genuine. Uploads are individually reviewed by our staff, and files that fail verification must be replaced before your application proceeds.

4. Accounts and access

Your account is personal. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your login. A parent or guardian you nominate receives a helper login limited to viewing progress and assisting with financial documents. We may suspend logins to protect the Service or other users, with reasons recorded.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are as displayed at the time of purchase — in INR (plus GST where stated) for Indian residents, or in your local currency for international users. Promotional prices apply only while the promotion runs. End-to-End services are quoted individually and payable per the quotation. Refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, methodology, content and branding belong to Brigrads. Documents we generate for you (SOPs, letters, worksheets) are yours to use for your own applications. You may not copy, resell or reverse- engineer the Service or use it to build a competing offering.

7. AI assistance

Parts of the Service (GITA, draft generation, eligibility narratives) use artificial intelligence. AI output is guidance, reviewed processes notwithstanding — verify dates, fees and eligibility on official pages, and review every generated document before using it. 8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brigrads' total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for decisions of universities, governments, banks or test providers, nor for losses caused by information you provided being untrue or incomplete. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Conduct we hold ourselves to

We operate under a published Code of Conduct for international student recruitment — honest counselling, pre-vetted applications, transparent fees, tamper-evident data and enrolment-linked commissions — available to any student or institution on request.

10. Changes, termination and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes are notified in the portal and apply from the date shown above. You may stop using the Service at any time; clauses which by nature survive (fees owed, IP, liability, data rules) survive termination. These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
